Returns and repairs

2. 3. Replacement procedures: the product within 7 days after the issue of quality problems before the event of replacement goods, more than 7 days after opening the package, such as problems can be handled as a warranty, (such as human factors in damage costs to be charged) does not allow the replacement of goods.
 
4. The disputed issue: Our maintenance department verify that the product without any quality problems, but there is a dispute between you and our company, please issue a third party (National Accreditation Testing Authority of measurement) quality testing report unqualified, measurement fees from Our burden and unconditionally replace the goods for you; test pass, measurement fees and all additional costs borne by the Buyer and unconditionally accepted the products and payment; Division I reject your return there is no evidence to the quality problems.
  
5. Ordering rule: payment order shall not be unreasonably canceled orders or returned, otherwise a 20% penalty. In addition to our delay in delivery, product quality problems or other reasons beyond their control.
